What it usually costs
Nobody likes the “it depends” answer. Here’s the real range.
Pricing actually does depend on the unit, the access, and what we find when we open it up. But you should never get a quote that doesn’t pass the smell test. These are the bands most of our jobs land in this season.

How this actually works
No phone tree, no pressure pitch on your couch. You tell us what’s broken, we show up when we said we would, and you see the price before we pick up a wrench.
Tell us what’s going on
Quick qualifier (about two minutes). Pick a service, mark how urgent it is, snap a photo if it helps.
We text you a window
A real dispatcher confirms a slot, usually same day, sometimes next morning. You’ll know who’s coming and when they’re 20 minutes out.
Tech diagnoses, you decide
We figure out what’s wrong, show you the options on a tablet (cheap fix, mid, full replace), and you pick. Then we get to work.
Why people keep calling
Mostly because we don’t play games.
Same techs every visit, the price you see is the price you pay, and if something we did isn’t right we come back. That’s about it.
“If a $180 capacitor saves your $9k system, that’s the recommendation. Even though it’s less for us.”
the rule we hand every new tech on day one
Financing without the trap
Real lenders, real APRs we show you in writing. Most credit profiles get approved.
You see the price first
Flat rates on a tablet before we start. If it changes, you say yes first.
On-call after hours
No heat in January, no AC in July. Those calls don’t wait until 9am.
Workmanship warranty
If anything we touched fails, we’re back out. No invoice, no argument.
Licensed, insured, all of it
Background-checked W-2 techs in lettered trucks. Not subs you’ve never met.
$19 / moso the next breakdown isn’t a crisis.
Most of our worst service calls were preventable. A $12 part nobody looked at, a clogged drain line nobody flushed. Members get the boring maintenance done before a 6 p.m. August call.
- Two tune-ups a year (spring AC, fall heat). We call you to schedule
- 15% off any repair, no fine print
- Front-of-line scheduling when it's 95° and everyone else is panicking
- Free diagnostic visits
- Lifetime thermostat install (you supply the smart one, we wire it)
- Free refrigerant leak check at every tune-up
Call to enroll. Cancel anytime, no 3-year handcuffs like the chains.
The math, roughly
- Two tune-ups (a la carte)
- $298
- Avg. repair savings
- ~$120
- Diagnostic fee waiver
- $109
- Membership
- $228 / yr
- You come out ahead
- ~$300
Numbers vary. That’s the point of doing the math with you, not at you.
Toronto, ON and the towns next to it
The trucks live here. We’re not driving in from two counties away with a $200 trip charge baked in. Not sure your zip is covered? Start the qualifier and you’ll know in a few seconds.
The stuff people ask before they call
If yours isn’t here, just call. A person picks up.
- Honestly, it depends on the day. Most weekdays we can get out same-day. If you’re without heat or AC, call us and we’ll move things around to get to you faster. Overnight emergencies get the on-call tech.
- No catch. There’s no trip charge for estimates on installs and replacements, and you’ll get a written quote before we touch anything. (Diagnostic fees on repair calls do apply, but we tell you up front.)
- Yep. We work with a few lenders so most credit profiles get approved, and we’ll show you the actual monthly number before you commit. No payments-for-life gimmicks.
- Pretty much all of them. Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Rheem, Goodman, Bryant, Mitsubishi mini-splits, the older American Standard units in the back of the basement… if it heats or cools a house, odds are we’ve fixed one this month.
- A real employee, not a subcontractor. Background-checked, in a uniform, driving a truck with our logo on it. They’ll put on shoe covers, explain what they’re doing, and clean up after.
Alright, ready to do this?
Couple of minutes on the qualifier, then we’ll text you. That’s the whole thing.
